• Online Expense Claim Form or print this Expense Claim Form - claim expenses on ATA business for your local, conference grant claims
  
  

• Online Childcare Claim Form - for childcare while on local business. (NOTE: cannot be used for AGM)
  
  

• Online Advance Expense Claim form - available to summer conference attendees and executive members

• Online Beginning Teachers Expense Claim form - Once you have attended the Beginning Teachers Conference, please fill out this expense claim form. Expenses MUST be claimed within 60 days to receive a reimbursement.
  
  

• Online Teacher Directed PD Expense Claim Form - Once you have been approved for Teacher-Directed PD, please fill out this expense claim form. Food, mileage, and hotel expenses will not be covered.

Rebill Form for Substitute Teacher

Teachers who require a substitute teacher to conduct Northern Spirit Local 6
business must complete this sub rebill form prior to the date that the sub is needed.
Northern Spirit will not pay for any substitute teachers for which a teacher has not completed this form.
